Estudiar a Mallorca. A Language Emergency Kit

This booklet has not been designed as a textbook for a course in Catalan. It is just a first contact with Catalan, comprising easy dialogs and readings for the extent of 150 words. The UIB provides you with courses in Catalan as well as with a center for autonomous language learning.

After a minimum content on grammar and vocabulary, some easy conversation about academic topics are proposed. We encourage exchange students to discover the vitality of Catalan and their own ability to communicate in a new language. It's worth a try!
