How to register

line registration is recommended. Just jump to the registration page by
clicking here, fill it in and hit the
"send" button.

Alternatively,
here you can download the application
form to your computer, fill it in and send it as an e-mail attachment to salberti@hsd.es, fax it or mail it to the
secretariat

You
can also use the reply slip of the leaflet that you may have received through
the Scientific Societes.
Whatever means you select, remember that your registration
is not completed until we receive your CV and list of publications, if
available.

How do I know that my registration has been received?
§
Your
name, institution, city and country should appear in less than 48 h in the Participants page
§
You
should receive a confirmation by e-mail, fax, or regular mail, depending on the
data that you supplied
§
How do I apply for grant support?
§
By
reading the instructions for grant application (below), and
§
By clicking or ticking the appropriate boxes (none,
one or more) in the registration form
What happens to my registration and grant application, and when?
§
The
Organizing Committee will select 20 participants and review grant applications
a few days after the application deadline (April 23), the decisions will be
communicated to the Scientific Societies for grant confirmation.
§
You
should expect notice of the final decision from the Workshop secretariat by
e-mail or fax by May 10.
§
If
you are recipient of one of the fellowships, you have nothing else to do
regarding registration, grants, etc. We will see you in Mallorca!
§
If you have been accepted as a participant but not
selected for a fellowship, then you will have to confirm your intention to
participate before May 20 (you will receive specific instructions).
Instructions on applications for ESCMID grants
The European Society
of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases will support a maximum of 6
young European scientists (age limit 35 years, born in 1967 or later, trainees
in clinical microbiology and/or infectious diseases) who wish to attend the
ESCMID Postgraduate Education Course by providing full tuition grants (1000
Euros). In case of too many applicants preference will be given to ESCMID
members.
Tuition grants include: tuition fees, hotel
accommodation (7 nights), hotel-course venue-hotel transportation, breakfast,
lunch, and social events. They do not include other expenses
(like transportation to and from Palma de Mallorca).
Interested young scientists should complete the
course registration form (on-line, leaflet's reply slip, or fax) making sure
that they have ticked the correct box ("I apply for support from
ESCMID") and send it together with their CVs including a list of
publications to the course secretariat.
Course registrations/applications for grants should
be sent to the course secretariat at least ten weeks before the course date.

Instructions on applications for REIPI grants
The Red Española de
Investigación en Patología Infecciosa will support among its members a
maximum of 10 scientists trainees in clinical microbiology and/or infectious
diseases who wish to attend the 5th Workshop by providing full tuition grants
(1000 Euros).
Tuition grants include: tuition fees, hotel
accommodation (7 nights), hotel-course venue-hotel transportation, breakfast,
lunch, and social events.
They do not include other expenses (like
transportation to and from Palma de Mallorca).
Interested scientists should complete the course
registration form (on-line, leaflet's reply slip, or fax) making sure that they
